Lili Baird has always been drawn to beautiful environments that tell a story. Her extensive career in the home and design space includes roles in merchandising, product development for national retailers, home staging, and founding her own design firm, where she led full-scale projects from concept to completion. A member of IDS and the International Association of Home Staging Professionals, Lili is known for her clear communication, organized process, and collaborative approach. She guides clients with ease, making the design experience both inspiring and efficient.

Lili especially loves the curation stage of interior design which involves selecting materials and crafting color palettes that elevate her clients’ style and enhance daily life.
